I've always liked the Otonin twins and this is an older version of the duo.
Instead of drawing Sakon's beads around his neck, I put them in his hand.
Sakon is the playful one, Ukon is the pensive one.
The pose is a mirror image of the cover of "Drawing Yaoi"-Ai Kozaki. I traced the cover, flipped it, then taped it to a sheet of notebook paper to use it as a reference.
That's all I can think to say

FYI, pensive means 'dreamily thoughtful', in case you didn't know.
